Rocky is a spunky young Parasaurolophus. He is unable to say the names of dinosaur species correctly, especially his own kind. His crest can be used as a traffic horn.

Rocky is somewhat ready for adventure and tries to be the bravest of his Friends. He is also the fastest of the four young dinos. He has proven he is sometimes over confidence and self daring can cuase trouble for himslef or others like his friends. Though he truly does his best to learn from his mistakes and tries to make it up because he has a good heart. His mentor is Giganto since he tries to impress him the most.

- If you look closely at the sides of Rocky’s cheeks, his scaly skin is quite flexible.
- In “Rock Out”, Rocky came up with a tough guy name “Rocka Doodle Doo”. It’s the same name of a film called Rock-a-Doodle (1992) directed by Don Bluth who directed The Land Before Time (1988).
- Some fans think that Rocky is a Hadrosaur equivalent of Rusty the boy Robot. Since Rocky sometimes calls Giganto “Big Guy”.
- Rocky maybe a brave & daring young Parasaurolophus, but he can sometimes be also cute when he shows his eyes in a cute way since Seeing Stars. He even showed his cuteness in his eyes again at the end of “Battle of the Titans”.
- Throughout most of the series, Rocky’s voice sounds a little cute & squeaky. But later through the other half of the series, Rocky’s voice started to change as if he’s going through puberty. Just like Gus Porter from the 2020-2023 Disney show “The Owl House”.
- It was revealed on the 1st episode of Season 3, Rocky’s feet are ticklish.
